What a perfect coffee house! I was exploring the area and saw the marquee for Westlake Coffee. I made an immediate u turn as coffee shops like this usually make a fabulous drink. I was not disappointed! Renee greeted me warmly and was absolutely delightful. Heather was an expert barista. My iced cafe latte was perfection. Quite cozy as it is a small shop, but they offer a drive thru. I'm excited that I'll be back in the area next week so I can share this gem of a coffee house with my hubby!
Many bakeries have amazing treats, awesome sandwiches, and of course.... Coffee. What you don’t always get is service not only with a smile, but with a family atmosphere. I feel like I am always with family when I enter this place. You will never go wrong with anything in this list. Everyone who works here takes care in what they create, cook, and serve. Come in as a stranger, leave as a family member. You won’t regret it.
It has a good keto cheesecake I get and stock my freezer with. It has great looking pastries but I can't eat them.
When I pulled up there was a bunch of people in line and I thought for sure I would be there atleast 30 minutes. I got in, ordered food, and got out in 15 minutes. I got an everything bagel with egg that was delicious! Definitely a great bagel!! I also got an iced caramel latte with oat milk that hit the spot. The staff and owner were very friendly and were so quick! I asked if they ever had dairy free dessert and they told me they were working on it and even gave me some dairy free cupcakes that came from the company they order their bread from! Definitely hope to make it back here asap! Drooling thinking about how good the bagel was
Cute little cafe tucked away at the lake! My family enjoyed visiting here after shopping at Mama Ann's. We grabbed some coffee, frappes and muffins which were all delightful. We will be returning!
Best kept secret at SML for tantalizing fresh-baked scones (surprisingly moist), turnovers, and other amazing pastries, cookies, and tarts. Fresh-ground coffee drinks. Delicious breakfast wraps. Can’t wait to try their lunch menu. What a treat!! Edit 7/2021. Lunch offerings do not disappoint. The chicken salad is fantastic, lunch wraps flavorful and convenient for on the lake dining. Oh and Chris’ sausage balls are utterly amazing.
